Supply Chain Management Analyst
Location:
Puget Sound, WA & Charleston, SC. Travel:
Some domestic and/or international travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customer support, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support BCA airplane programs.
- Incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinate part number attributes.
- Verify released engineering BOM correctly implemented in the material planning system.
- Release and maintain orders; document and resolve order delinquencies; report schedule adherence issues.
- Apply developed solutions to inventory plans and analyze dispositions for excess and obsolete inventories.
- Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
- Ensure on‑time delivery, optimize inventory levels, create schedules for products and services.
- Develop and implement new ordering methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.
- Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student with expected graduation prior to August 2026.
- Experience with supply chain practices and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience working independently and in team environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

- Evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Mitigate risks and issues, and initiate supplier improvement activities to integrate results into contracting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Basic Qualifications:

- Experience with supply chain, procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working independently and in team environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
