Shop - Logistics Merchant Solution Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the logistics experience for sellers on Tik Tok Shop in the U.S. market.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to strengthen system capabilities and ensure alignment between logistics product workflows and seller needs.
• Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, develop end‑to‑end solutions, and drive effective implementation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and continuously optimize and upgrade existing business models.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, local overseas e‑commerce logistics, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Compensation:
Base salary range $115,520 – $209,380 annually. Additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may be awarded.
