About you:
The individual will be responsible for maintaining, and indeed developing, an agreed set of measurement criteria, which will be reported to the department head monthly. He/she will interface and communicate effectively throughout the rest of Incora’s organization, the status of current customer activities, and/or the status of new prospects.
CMS Sales projects to balance resources, closure likelihood and value capture. Time will be spent actively developing customers, new or existing, either independently or in conjunction with other Incora functions. Those in a senior level of this role will be expected to lead and drive sales as well as provide leadership within the department.

Accountability & Scope- Grow new CMS business in line with agreed revenue and profit targets in the region, with both existing and new customers.
- Input data into the CRM pipeline management tool and ensure information is current and valid.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline commensurate with the annual sales target.
- Visit customers and prospects in region to help achieve sales targets.
- Effectively communicate activity on a regular basis to the VP commercial.

QualificationsThe Business Development Manager is to be skilled at providing profitable revenue growth and high-quality value-added sales, while maintaining/developing relationships and customer expectations. The individual needs to be proactive in seeking, identifying, developing and closing new opportunities that are a best fit with Incora’s current and forward strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of chemical management, Aerospace and/or Industrial is preferred.
- Experience in business development within the chemical supply chain industry.
- Good knowledge of key product lines (e.g., cutting fluids, adhesives, sealants, aerospace and/or industrial products).
- MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Solid aerospace and/or industrial experience is essential.
- Knowledge of chemical management services and operational models is preferred.
- A strong team player with a history of personal self-development.
- Business acumen, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent, within Engineering/Business studies.
- Proven sales experience demonstrating pro-activity, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Direct experience in chemical management services contracts and service provision is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Degree level qualification in either an engineering or a chemical discipline is desirable.
