Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent

Position Overview

The Boeing Company BGS is looking for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join the BGS Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) team in Seattle, WA.

The role involves working with the supply chain to support BFE operations, including managing supplier quality and delivery performance, issuing purchase orders, conducting reviews, and maintaining supplier profiles.

• Manage suppliers’ quality and delivery performance.
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers on delivery status.
• Issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Unitize metrics and dashboards to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct monthly reviews with BFE suppliers and Boeing Engineers to review rejected Supplier Data Transmittals (SDTs).
• Support or conduct in‑person reviews (Initial Technical Coordination Meetings, Production Readiness Assessments, etc.) with BFE suppliers.
• Build relationships with PA peers within Boeing (BCA, ET&T, BDS, BGS, etc.).
• Manage suppliers’ profiles in the Boeing system (e.g., CSDT access, BEST Profiles).

• 1+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain.
• 1+ years of experience working in cross‑functional teams.
• 1+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• 1+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements.

• 3+ years of experience with Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) system.
• 3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP system or an equivalent such as SAP.
• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of supply‑chain experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Associate: $74,800.00 – $

Experienced: $94,350.00 – $
