Partner Operations Lead, Worldwide AWS Partner Operations

Position :  | Amazon Web Services, Inc.

AWS is seeking a Partner Operations Lead to drive data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence for the AWS Specialist and Partner (ASP) organization, focused on Worldwide Consulting Partner Center of Excellence (CCOE) business. The role serves as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights, driving operational excellence, and shaping strategic direction for CCOE initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Business Insights and Consultation:
    Gather and report insights from the business through data analysis, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions for partners. Collaborate closely with partner leaders and other stakeholders to report on CCOE pillar strategies and outcomes.
  • Annual Planning & Strategic Execution:
    Partner with WW and Geo operations teams to translate strategic priorities into executable plans. Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure impact of CCOE strategic pillars.
  • AI‑Augmented Analytics:
    Leverage generative AI and automation tools to surface insights faster, reduce manual reporting, and enable real‑time decision making.
  • Rhythm of the Business (RoB):
    Serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, providing deep insights and designing mechanisms to inspect and influence business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience working within a high‑growth technology company.
  • Experience using a sales CRM such as Salesforce.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
