Responsibilities Daily Shop Operations Management- Assist the day‑to‑day management of seller communications, including handling inbound and outbound messaging between the platform and sellers.
- Manage the dissemination of critical notifications to sellers such as policy updates, platform feature enrollment, and upcoming campaign deadlines, ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, and timely.
- Serve as the point of contact for sellers, promptly addressing inquiries related to account issues, brand authorizations, product listings, shop violations, logistics, and policy compliance, while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (customer services, marketing, logistics, technical support) to investigate and resolve seller issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to the seller’s business operations and ensuring a positive seller experience.
- Proactively identify recurring issues faced by sellers and propose long‑term solutions or process improvements, collaborating with internal teams to implement those changes where necessary.
- Assist in managing the shop participation of platform‑level marketing campaigns and projects with sellers and vendors, including seasonal sales events, promotional initiatives, creator cooperations, and product showcases. Ensure all necessary steps are followed for successful campaign participation.
- Manage sampling processes by coordinating with sellers to deliver product samples to creators or other agency partners, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Support backend platform set‑ups.
Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Project Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Prior e‑commerce experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Data‑driven and sensitive to data insight.
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75–$23.75.
BenefitsInterns have day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
