As a Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic partner engagement, expand our Go‑to‑Market (GTM) efforts, and influence product roadmaps for our AB Third Party (AB3P) team. You will collaborate closely with Product Teams, Account Managers, and sellers to define the customer experience, negotiate complex deals, and scale our GTM to the broader Sales Team.

• Engage strategic sellers, AB Account Reps, and AB Sales Leaders to execute deal‑based negotiations for strategic selection.
• Drive new feature adoption through data‑led insights and collect seller voice feedback.
• Manage a strategic book of business and lead ongoing engagement with key partners.
• Own strategic GTM programs and manage projects across competing timelines.

• 6+ years of professional experience or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• Strong record of structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross‑functional groups.
• Proficient with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline.

• Influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross‑functional teams across geographies and business units.
• Working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
