Account Partner Director – Travel, Transportation & Hospitality

Join our growing Professional Services sales team. You will partner with license sales, product, success, and delivery teams to advise customers on program execution. As the deal originator, strategist, and execution quarterback, you lead the team through margin, staffing, and methodology.

Responsibilities
  • Drive thoughtful, strategic, enterprise‑level strategy for our most ambitious customers.
  • Facilitate qualification, deal‑cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.
  • Drive awareness within a micro‑vertical to develop repeatable motions.
  • Enable smooth transition and partnership into our delivery team with effective margins, staffing plans, and Salesforce methodology.
  • Serve as key SME, leader, and professional services consultant to license sales teams.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and the customer.
  • Create and execute a strategy to build mind‑share and adoption of Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop relationships to accelerate value, uncover new opportunities, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Accountable for bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT, and value delivered across assigned accounts and serve as key contact for negotiations and escalations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years in a consulting landscape.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a quota‑carrying selling role for Professional Services.
  • Experience driving strategic motion, value propositions, execution planning, and outcomes‑based engagements.
  • 6+ years as a book‑of‑business owner or leader.
  • Background in consulting services, systems integrator, or product organization.
  • Track record delivering strategic initiatives for firm‑based or product company.
  • Ability to create marketing, sales, and strategy assets from scratch.
  • Capable of working with C‑Suite during strategy cycles, including workshops.
  • Experience negotiating pricing and deal strategy with global procurement leads.
  • Industry experience in Business Services, Travel, Transportation, or Hospitality.
Benefits

The typical base salary range for this position is $182,715 – $244,465 annually. Compensation is based on location, experience, and role. Additional benefits include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchasing program.
