Position Summary:

The Product Intern will support the Product Management team in defining, analyzing, and delivering technology solutions that align with business and customer needs. This role provides hands‑on exposure to product discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap support, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in product management, technology consulting, or digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Strategy Support
  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support product roadmap planning and backlog grooming activities.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Help translate business needs into clear, actionable product documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Analysts.
  • Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions.
Data & Insights
  • Analyze product usage data, feedback, and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help prepare product dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation efforts.
Documentation & Communication
  • Maintain product documentation including PRDs, release notes, and user guides.
  • Assist with internal and client‑facing product communications as needed.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Preferred:
    Interest in product management, technology consulting, or SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts and exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycles.
