PT -Road Supervisor

Job Summary

This position completes general administrative tasks. He/She completes required audits during on‑job supervision rides to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. This position utilizes technology to identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk mitigation. He/She communicates with customers to respond to service concerns, build relationships, and determine solutions that meet business goals. This position performs other tasks as requested.

• Completes administrative tasks (i.e., performance reviews, accident reports, service failures, training) in a timely, accurate manner to facilitate the execution of the dispatch plan through the Service Providers.
• Uses the Balanced Scorecard and Quality Improvement Process to monitor workgroup performance against business goals.
• Communicates with customers to respond to service concerns, build relationships, and determine solutions that meet business goals.
• Uncovers business opportunities to forward information to the proper department (i.e., dispatch supervisor, center management, and business development) for follow up.
• Encourages service providers to identify and forward volume development opportunities to management.
• Communicates customers’ business needs to employees to provide an understanding of job responsibilities and how actions impact customers.

• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days a week

The base pay for this position ranges from $31.45/hr to $51.10/hr pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
