Operations Manager, Supply Chain / Intl. Trade
Source and procure materials, supplies, and services to support plant and operational needs across assigned region and partner locations
Issue, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment across multiple sites
Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and logistics teams in Seattle, Vancouver, and Edmonton to align purchasing with demand
Monitor inventory levels and support optimization efforts to ensure uninterrupted operations across locations
Evaluate and manage suppliers based on quality, service, cost, and reliability, ensuring consistency
Resolve purchasing issues, including delivery discrepancies, pricing concerns, and returns, in coordination with site stakeholders
Maintain accurate procurement records and support reporting requirements across all three locations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and procurement processes, driving standardization and efficiency across the region
What Are We Looking ForBachelor’s degree in technical, economic, financial, or business field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and contract management in manufacturing/production or construction preferred.
Proficiency in SAP/Ariba and MS Office applications preferred.
Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, and supply chain principles.
Ability to analyze data, compare options, and make informed buying decisions.
Clear and professional communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
Work EnvironmentWe are seeking to fill three positions that will be based across North America, with locations in Seattle, Washington;
