Position: Order Desk Operator (2nd shift)

The salary range above represents the low and high end in the local currency of Xerox’s salary range for this position and is reflected in an annualized amount. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, market competition, and/or the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The range listed is just one component of Xerox’s total compensation package for employees.

Hourly: Hourly rates for this position can be shared with you per your location; this rate will fall within the posted range.

2nd shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Overview
  • Responsible for processing engineering drawing requests for Airplane Parts Validation support for end‑user customers for a large aerospace company.
  • Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and contract commitments delivered within cost targets.
  • Works as part of the service delivery team (Delivery Operations) that is dedicated to supporting our customer, the Boeing Company.
The candidate will focus on the following:
  • Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer (KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction).
  • Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements (KPI: Value for customer & enhanced margin).
  • Contributing to service transformation and business growth (KPI: Further profitable service revenue).
General
  • Acquires skills to build knowledge from foundational to complex.
  • Work builds from routine to complex which may require problem‑solving skills.
  • Direct interface to local customer contact.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for processing drawing requests for end users.
  • Responsible for validating requestor permissions for drawing access.
  • Responsible for coordinating the resolution of image issues submitted through helpdesk system.
  • Responsible for locating requested drawings and the associated distribution of those drawings to the requestor.
Candidate Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities.
  • Adherence to assigned work schedule and attendance guidelines.
