The RoleA Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business and technical analysis across complex client engagements, translating business needs into actionable solutions, and delivering transformational change and competitive advantage. Senior Business Analysts operate as key contributors and workstream leads, partnering closely with Project and Program Managers, Account Leads, and Directors. They are accountable for independently driving analysis, shaping deliverables, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high‑quality execution.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead client service delivery within assigned work streams.
- Drive requirements definition
, process design, and solution alignment. - Support program execution and delivery.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
- Strengthen firm capabilities and knowledge.
- Sustain and evolve Forum’s culture.
- Lead requirements gathering across business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
- Design current‑state and future‑state processes.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across systems and processes.
- Support validation, testing, and implementation readiness.
- Manage workstream activities including risks and issues.
- Develop executive‑ready deliverables and status reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and support team development.
- Strong understanding of business analysis across business and technology implementations.
- Ability to connect business needs, processes, and systems.
- Advanced requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Expertise in process design and workflow documentation.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate alignment.

- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- 5–10+ years of business experience.
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience leading requirements and process design.
- Experience in large‑scale programs or transformations.
- Experience managing work streams in complex environments.
- Experience working across business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and analysis tools.
- Ability to create executive‑ready deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment.
- Experience in consulting or professional services.
- Experience across multiple industries.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience supporting change management.
- Experience mentoring team members.
- 100% client billable availability.
- Ability to work onsite at client locations within the greater Seattle area a minimum of three days per week.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work non‑standard hours when needed.
