Duration: 6‑month contract.

Location:

Seattle, WA (Required to work onsite 5 days per week).

Payment: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end program delivery and drive data‑driven process improvements across business and finance operations. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including legal, finance, accounting, and business teams. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution‑focused, and experienced in managing complex programs in fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver end‑to‑end programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive data‑driven process improvements using metrics and performance insights.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with legal, finance, accounting, and technical teams.
  • Define program requirements, scalable workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Navigate ambiguity and deliver results in resource‑constrained environments.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Seattle, WA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • 5+ years of experience driving process improvements using data and metrics.
  • Proven experience defining program requirements and executing initiatives end‑to‑end.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Coupa, Confluence, and Visio.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and legal processes.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience coordinating across procurement, finance, or legal systems.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
