Role Overview
The Vertical Integration Strategy and Execution team leads cross‑functional projects to guide high value and high impact decisions across the supply chain within Blue Origin Operations. This role focuses on leading strategic supply chain initiatives for spaceflight systems, working closely with peers to provide detailed analysis of capability, capacity, and resource requirements necessary to vertically integrate critical components into the organization.
You will deep‑dive into specific process challenges and communicate relevant information for senior leadership evaluation.

Deep‑dive process challenges and communicate findings to senior leadership. Develop reliable, repeatable processes to streamline data collection and analysis. Conduct in‑source vs. outsource strategic and financial analysis, technical capability assessment, cost‑benefit analysis, inventory strategy evaluation, process document authoring, enterprise software requirements management, creation of strategic business processes, and chartering necessary toolsets for launch.

- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Ability to develop comprehensive resourcing and capacity models.
- Capable of leading and presenting cross‑functional initiatives for senior leaders.
- Proven success owning and driving a project from start to finish.
- Experience leading quantitative and qualitative projects.
- Demonstrated success in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- MBA, other relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years of operations/supply‑chain experience.
- Experience working in an engineering‑development organization.
- Industrial Engineering experience.
- Aerospace experience.
- Corporate finance experience.
- SQL or other coding ability.
- Experience with enterprise planning and scheduling software.
- Six‑sigma or lean certification.
- Software proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Excel, MS Project.
