Senior Pricing ManagerAs the Senior Pricing Manager, you will formulate pricing and packaging strategy based on financial and competitive analysis, working with cross‑functional and leadership teams to implement them into sales and operational processes. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to ensure competitive and consistent pricing across our product portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy, you are a core member of the Strategy and Transformation organization.
This is an individual contributor role.
- Develop and execute pricing policies and strategies that align with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
- Ensure pricing strategies are accurately implemented in our systems and pricing engines.
- Utilize SQL and Tableau to analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed pricing decisions.
- Oversee the integration of pricing strategies into Salesforce CRM, ensuring a seamless process for sales teams, including training and education.
- Continuously monitor and optimize pricing structures to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather insights and align pricing strategies with overall business goals.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track pricing performance, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement based on data and periodic reviews with key stakeholders across sales, finance, and GTM teams.
- 8‑10 years of experience in the B2B technology industry across Strategic Pricing, Pricing Execution and/or Deal Desk.
- Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models; knowledge of two‑tier channel, OEM, and other indirect models.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Superlative written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Knowledge of pricing and marketing launches, including the teams and steps needed to get to the finish line.
- Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S. as required.
- Experience defining and driving pricing programs at an enterprise company.
- Experience working closely with and maintaining healthy relationships with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
- Skill translating and communicating complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communications to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience.
- Being very thorough and detail‑oriented in your tasks and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines; advanced degree preferred.
