The Amazon Fuse team spearheads worldwide distribution efforts for third‑party partners on behalf of Prime Video and Prime. As a burgeoning business, we are continuously extending our distribution reach by launching new service offerings with partners around the world. To accomplish our objectives, we require dedicated team members who can help us navigate this dynamic landscape.

Fuse Billing Operations seeks a customer‑obsessed Sr. Program Manager with a strong track‑record of delivering results and project‑management experience to support our Pre‑Launch and Post‑Launch Program Operations. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of billing launch mechanisms, operational deal reviews, invoicing and payment setup, SOP development, automation roadmap, and issue lifecycle management.

The position requires regular engagement with business development, finance, accounting, tax, finance operations, product/engineering teams, and external partners to resolve data discrepancies, identify root causes, implement solutions, and scale defect‑free processes. Candidates must thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, have finance and billing operations experience, strong program‑management skill, excellent communication, and a passion for customer experience.

• Oversee the team as the senior leader and serve as the point of contact for escalations.
• Participate in operational deal reviews and ensure deals are set up and launched correctly.
• Partner with key counterparts on billing systems set‑up, testing and launch.
• Liaise with accounting, finance, and tax teams on invoicing and payment requirements.
• Develop billing launch SOPs and monitor defect injection through dashboards and reports.
• Engage with Fuse Partners to proactively identify systemic discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational/product issues.
• Solve reconciliation projects by diving deep into data and implementing solutions to resolve defects.
• Develop strategic programs and mechanisms to proactively reduce injection of systemic defects.
• Develop and report on metrics designed to track system health from a quality standpoint.
• Anticipate, identify, and communicate risks to accounting, finance, business and tech leadership, including project plans and recurring business review documents.
• Develop and execute program strategy based on detailed data analysis utilizing advanced Excel/SQL.

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA.

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
