- Champion a data‑driven culture, utilizing metrics such as adoption rates, feature usage, data synchronization success, and the impact on customer retention and expansion to measure success and identify new opportunities.
- Provide drivership across multiple product and engineering teams, using your influence and deep market knowledge to ensure core Docu Sign platform roadmaps (e.g., APIs, Maestro, Navigator) account for the needs of our ISV partners and integration use cases.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams to build joint GTM plans, create field enablement content, and support our mutual customers with our partners.

- Experience engaging in design discussions with engineering on topics such as API design, data modeling, embedded components, and integration architecture.
- An experienced influencer who collaborates well and drives alignment in a highly matrixed environment, especially with external partners and internal GTM teams.
- A data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product strategy, prioritization, and adoption.
