Position: Senior Product Manager, Member Growth

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our acquisition and activation strategy, with a particular focus on care continuity for higher-acuity members. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Member Growth, you will operate at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, shaping how Spring Health scales program impact through data-driven iteration, experimentation, and system-level thinking.

Hybrid role
based in Seattle
, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 255 King St.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Contribute to our mission to eliminate every barrier to mental healthcare for our members.
  • Define and own growth KPIs for acquisition and activation, ensuring metrics reflect both business outcomes and clinical intent.
  • Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey, with a focus on acquisition and activation for higher-acuity members.
  • Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap, partnering with data, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and clinical teams to rapidly design ethical, clinically sound tests that drive measurable impact.
  • Organize cross-functional teams to ship, measure, and iterate on member-facing experiences and internal workflows that remove friction from care engagement.
  • Use qualitative insights, behavioral data, and experimentation results to continuously refine strategy and prioritization.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and apply new techniques to reach and engage members across a wide range of populations.
  • Autonomously leverage data to inform product decisions, measure effectiveness, and iterate.
  • Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Guide product development lifecycle at every stage, optimizing processes and rituals that help the team thrive.

  • Your work meaningfully contributes to both member outcomes and business impact without compromising care quality.
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, with a track record of driving user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Expert-level experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development.
  • Experience working with cross-channel customer marketing platforms and A/B testing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Healthcare / health tech or benefits tech experience.
  • Fluency with Looker, Mixpanel, Iterable, and/or Eppo.

The target base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $196,500
