Overview

Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level
3) to join the Commercial Compliance team at Boeing Global Services (BGS) in Seattle, WA. The role serves as a training analyst, developing BGS Supply Chain Commercial training programs.

• Develop and execute training programs for BGS Commercial Spares and Services
• Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements
• Oversee scheduling and logistical planning of training sessions, including securing venues and materials
• Ensure effective delivery of training programs
• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas of improvement

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• 3+ years of experience in delivering training solutions
• Competency in using training tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Video Editing, Internal Resources)
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives
• Experience using metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements: U.S. Person (Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment
• This position requires a credit check
• The job does not require security clearance or visa sponsorship

Pay range: $78,000 - $111,000;
