As a Senior Product Manager on the Cloud team at Click House, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of Cloud‑focused features for our flagship offering. Potential areas of focus include the Click House Cloud query experience, data visualization, and Cloud‑native enhancements to the core product.
You will work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that each feature contributes to an intuitive, cohesive product experience, and is built to meet the needs of our customers. You will also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the product is effectively positioned and promoted in the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesFeature Ideation, Definition, and Development
- Define and drive development of existing initiatives comprising the product roadmap for Click House Cloud.
- Ensure that these initiatives are delivered such that they align with our company goals and meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities, and help manage the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable features and enhancements are prioritized and delivered in a timely manner.
- Ideate and propose net‑new initiatives, contributing directly to our overall product strategy and direction.
Cross‑functional Leadership and Collaboration
- Coordinate with partners on the design, engineering, and security teams to ensure alignment on scope and timeline for each project.
- Serve as the internal ‘face’ of your projects, identifying, communicating, and resolving cross‑team blockers and dependencies.
- Deliver periodic status updates to leadership and the broader company; collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and execute on feature launch strategy (documentation, positioning, messaging, pricing).
- Conduct pre‑launch enablement sessions for sales and support teams.
- Maintain internal and external documentation and support sales and support teams with customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
Performance Monitoring and Incremental Improvement
- Define, track, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for your projects and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Dog‑food the product on a daily basis and suggest incremental improvements that reduce jagged edges and contribute to a polished product experience.
- 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience.
- Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics (prior experience with Click House preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated success in delivering high‑quality products to market.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals.
For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is $145,000 – $180,000 USD. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range of $175,000 – $225,000 USD may apply.
