What You Will Do
  • Support the client with the EHR implementation and lead and execute the development of core organizational change management capabilities for an enterprise initiative to consolidate IT functions.
  • Develop and drive adoption of a change management strategy for public‑sector IT transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the landscape to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Support the four critical pillars of change: user participation and buy‑in, communications, leadership support, and business‑process training and education.
  • Support the development of work products and deliverables, establish relationships with primary clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Coordinate OCM plan preparation and execution, build change‑management plans aligned to overall program plans, and guide audiences through change phases.
  • Design and deliver communications to inform the organization about the OCM program and upcoming organizational change.
  • Provide insight and manage coordinated change impacts across the impacted organizations and personas.
  • Evaluate and implement operational process improvement initiatives.
  • Guide client conversations toward effective outcomes and educate business partners about the value of change management.
  • Contribute to the development of work products and deliverables; manage recurring tasks and work products.
  • Work with clients and team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop slide decks and presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress on initiatives and work streams.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time; if based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR, work at the client site and travel to the local VA client facility.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of change‑management experience (5+ years preferred).
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and related applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and address client needs through active participation in client discussions and meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to excel independently and as a team member in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong deadline management and consistent delivery of recurring deliverables.
What Would Be Nice To Have
  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Organizational Change Management, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in health‑care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large‑scale IT transformation project.
  • Experience with the Department of Defense;
    Military Health System experience is a plus.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
  • CCMP Certification.
Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00–$.
