Business Manager​/Chief of Staff

• Serve as the primary business partner and strategic advisor to a Vice President and senior leadership team.
• Act as a direct extension of executive leadership, supporting day-to-day business operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational management.
• Drive operational excellence across a dynamic technical organization while managing executive priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

• Serve as the primary business partner to executive leadership, managing priorities, strategic initiatives, and preparing executive-level briefings.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, communication, decision management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, HR, and Communications teams to execute organizational initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures that support operational excellence and organizational growth.
• Facilitate clear communication across all organizational levels, translating complex technical concepts into executive-ready messaging.
• Lead staff meetings, offsites, business reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Support strategic planning activities, including goals management, resource planning, operational planning cycles, and business reviews.
• Lead high-visibility cross-functional programs and special projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and efficiency opportunities while driving accountability for strategic initiatives.

• 7+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience, or an MBA with 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• Experience supporting VP-level or senior executive leadership.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive business improvements and operational decisions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• VP-level executive support experience.
• 7+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience (or MBA with 5+ years of experience).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive operational improvements and business outcomes.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience influencing organizational strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience working within technology, digital media, or product-focused organizations.
