As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy for one of Vale’s most critical product areas, shaping the roadmap and driving outcomes that matter for the business and our customers.
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a major product area including customer‑facing apps, machine software, or platform services
- Lead discovery by synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into a coherent product vision
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Hardware to build and ship great products
- Define and own product KPIs, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement
- Mentor and support more junior PMs and help build a strong product culture at Vale

- Partner with Marketing on positioning, launch strategy, and go‑to‑market for new features and products
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years as a senior PM—Need fixed list properly. Use correct closing. We'll produce:

- Strong data fluency and experience with SQL or BI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working in a hardware+software environment a strong plus
$155,000 – $210,000 per year
