Sr Strategist, Agent Enablement Platforms

This role sits within the Traveler and Partner Service Platform organization at Expedia Group and focuses on improving how operational knowledge is structured, governed, and delivered so that agents can access the right information at the right time.

• Own the systems and workflows that connect learning, knowledge, and agent‑support platforms so operational content can move reliably from source to agent.
• Lead implementation of new tools and workflows from discovery through launch, including requirements definition, proof‑of‑concept evaluation, cross‑functional coordination, and transition into sustainable operations.
• Build and improve automation that supports the content lifecycle, reduces manual effort, and strengthens the quality and consistency of operational knowledge.
• Implement metadata, taxonomy, and classification standards across systems so content can be organized, governed, and delivered in scalable ways.
• Help establish the technical foundations that support trusted knowledge for both human and AI‑enabled experiences, including ownership, verification, and source traceability.
• Partner across strategy, operations, and technical teams to turn governance requirements into practical systems, workflows, and improvements that hold up in real operational use.

• Experience designing, implementing, or improving workflows across content, knowledge, learning, or related platform ecosystems in a mid‑to‑large organization.
• Experience with workflow automation, systems integration, or platform operations and ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear, usable solutions.
• Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, controlled vocabularies, or classification models and ability to apply them to improve quality, consistency, and findability.
• Collaborative and autonomous work style, using sound judgment to move complex work forward and follow through to a durable outcome.
• Ability to translate between business needs, operational processes, and technical requirements so the right solutions are built and adopted effectively.
• Degree in Information Architecture, Library and Information Science, Knowledge Management, Content Systems, Instructional Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Base salary ranges from $137,500 to $192,500, with potential to increase up to $220,000 based on performance. Pay is determined by location and experience.
