Operational Excellence Consultant (Higher Education Transformation)
Location:
Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 18-24 Months
The University of Washington is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Consultant to lead enterprise transformation initiatives across Finance, Research Administration, and IT.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct operational assessments and identify improvement opportunities
- Design shared services and operating models
- Drive technology-enabled transformation leveraging automation and AI
- Develop implementation roadmaps and KPI frameworks
- Partner with stakeholders to support change management and organizational readiness
- Enterprise transformation and operational excellence initiatives
- Shared services design and implementation
- Higher education or large, complex organizations preferred
- Finance, Research Administration, and/or IT operations expertise
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
