This role is well suited for design professionals who enjoy project and task ownership and enjoy problem-solving beyond a narrow job description. With seven separate services in-house (MEP engineering, Lighting Design, Sustainability and Energy Consulting, and Commissioning), integrative design practices is required at Delta

Delta E is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Office & Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our day‑to‑day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient workplace, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in supporting both people and processes. This position will require wearing many hats—including general office operations, supporting administrative and employee initiatives, managing events and logistics, and helping ensure our team has the tools and resources needed to do their best work.
