• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications strongly preferred.

• 15+ years of Supply Chain Management and ERP implementation experience.
• 10+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management experience.
• Extensive experience leading full‑lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Proven experience serving as Functional Lead on multiple D365 implementation projects.
• Strong background supporting discrete or process manufacturing organizations.
• Experience working with global or multi‑site manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success leading client‑facing consulting engagements.
• Experience managing functional consulting teams and coordinating cross‑functional project activities.

• Leadership – ability to lead enterprise ERP transformation initiatives, mentor and develop functional consulting teams, strong project leadership and organizational skills, influence executive stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced project environments.
• Functional Consulting – conduct business process discovery workshops, document current‑state and future‑state business processes, apply supply chain best practices, recommend configuration‑based solutions, translate business requirements into functional system designs, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Manufacturing & Supply Chain Knowledge – comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations, lean manufacturing, production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), inventory optimization, warehouse operations, procurement lifecycle, logistics management, distribution operations, supply planning, capacity planning, demand forecasting, manufacturing costing, and end‑to‑end order fulfillment.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while leading large‑scale ERP transformation initiatives from strategy through deployment.
• Influence enterprise business processes and mentor functional consultants.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to maximize the value of Microsoft investments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to functional consulting teams on technical and functional requirements.
• Ensure successful delivery of high‑quality deliverables and support continuous improvement.
