Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Partner Payments product strategy and roadmap, delivering predictable, timely, low‑friction partner payouts across markets.
  • Design and optimize Partner Payments onboarding and opt‑in experiences so partners across the total addressable market can easily adopt payout products and see clear value.
  • Partner with Finance, Payments Operations, and platform teams to streamline cash operations, automate netting, and simplify payout flows.
  • Translate strategy into clear product opportunities and requirements, grounding payout decisions in competitive insights, customer pain points, and friction in the partner payout journey.
  • Drive alignment and execution with engineering and design, ensuring partner payments goals are well understood, visually represented where needed, and supported by high‑quality product documentation and user stories.
  • Prioritize product initiatives using a data‑informed approach, balancing short‑ and long‑term outcomes, and clearly communicate product concepts, trade‑offs, and decisions to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of delivering innovative, user‑centric products.
  • 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial operations, or marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a complex problem space end‑to‑end, from strategy through execution in a backend or platform domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and experimentation to inform priorities and measure impact.
  • Technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system constraints.
  • Experience working with B2B or partner‑facing products and influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on AI/ML products.
  • Prior experience integrating AI/ML capabilities in the payments domain.
