Operations Manager
Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) – The Boeing Company, Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E). This role supports Flight Test operations to be mission ready, ensuring equipment readiness for flight test programs such as 777X and 737
MAX. Responsibilities include managing, tracking, delivering, and maintaining test assets across labs, aircraft, and locations, providing exceptional customer service, updating records, using scanners for asset movement, and conducting daily 5S upkeep.
- Manage 1,100+ Flight Test assets
- Store, manage, and track all Flight Test equipment
- Record database management
- Surplus, obsolete, and damaged equipment
- Restock and relocate all test equipment during refurb process
- Pick up DAR media from airplane and deliver to data log station (TDRS)
- Support Seattle or Everett Flight Test asset management and operations
- Attention to detail/customer requirements
- Work under minimal direction
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements; U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suites.
- Ability to lift 35–40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- 1+ year of experience shipping and receiving.
- 1+ year of experience reviewing and approving invoices.
- 1+ year of experience maintaining equipment inventory.
- Level3: 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to drive a service van.
- Ability to utilize small lifting mechanisms for heavy equipment.

Pay & BenefitsBase pay ranges:
Associate level – $56,950–$77,050;
Mid‑level – $68,000–$92,000. Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and other programs.
Benefits vary by location, hire date, and collective bargaining agreements.
