WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
- Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers—even when not explicitly requested
- Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world‑class experiences in every solution
- Protect Wong Doody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting
- Charismatic and influential communicator who can captivate stakeholders and guide strategic conversations
- Passionate about experience design and its power to shape business outcomes
- A resilient closer—calm under pressure and deeply committed to seeing deals through
- Collaborative by nature but confident taking the lead when it counts
- Empathetic and intuitive, with an ability to tune into client needs and translate them into visionary solutions
- A strong track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments
- Experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations
- Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking
- Sharp negotiation and presentation skills that get noticed
- A strategic mindset with storytelling chops that elevate the pitch
- A firm understanding (a Ph.D. preferred) in the Infosys DPS
- A keen ability to bridge the gap between subsidiary and parent company and drive synergy for Wong Doody
Salary range: $180k-$210k.
