As a Product Manager at Vale, you will own product areas that span our consumer-facing digital experience, machine platform, or internal tooling, driving discovery, delivery, and measurable impact.
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap grounded in customer insights and business goals.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design to take features from discovery through delivery.
- Write clear, prioritized product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Own product metrics and use data to continuously improve the product experience.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability research, and competitive analysis.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales on go‑to‑market planning.
- Communicate product plans and progress clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 4+ years of product management experience in a consumer or B2B software environment.
- Track record of shipping impactful products in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage company.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and business stakeholders.
- Experience with hardware‑software products or IoT a plus.
$130,000 – $200,000 per year + options
