We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic People Consulting team as an Organization Design Senior, overseeing large-scale workforce, talent, and mobility strategies, and shaping operating models to support business objectives.

• Design and develop workforce strategies aligned with business and functional strategy.
• Lead large‑scale organizational design projects from assessment through implementation.
• Advise stakeholders and influence change initiatives on operating models and organizational structures.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions for team structure and agile working.

• Lead client engagements, including planning, execution, issue and risk management.
• Apply organizational design and strategic workforce planning to accelerate business performance.
• Provide insight into human resources opportunities and challenges across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Health, Telecommunications, Power & Utilities, Insurance, and Media & Entertainment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions and support change management.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and delivering client presentations.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in large‑scale change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, capability mapping, and governance.
• Knowledge of digital tools and analytical platforms used in organization design.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Team orientation with a commitment to inclusive collaboration.

• 4–6 years of experience in operating model development, organizational structure and design, or strategic workforce planning.
• Professional services background or internal HR/organizational design experience with exposure to large‑scale projects.
• Experience delivering organizational design projects in domains such as supply chain, IT, finance, customer, or sales & marketing.
• Advanced degree or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Willingness to travel as required and ability to work in a hybrid environment (approx. 3 days per week at client sites).

• Competitive base salary (U.S. range: $100,600–$165,900; NYC/California/WA range: $120,800–$188,600).
