Product Development Business Management Project Intern ( Shop - US Operation - 2026 Star

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional meetings with domestic and international teams, taking key findings back for discussion within the project team.
• Create document frameworks in conjunction with project managers and present contributions (optional) in larger scale meetings.
• Perform intermediate level data analysis tasks, using dashboards and queries to develop theories that can inform policy/features.
• Communicate continuously with account managers and business development managers to go to market, with success measured by adoption rate.
• Identify issues and flaws in policies and features, formulating productive solutions backed by research and data as well as personal experience.
• Summarize meetings into key components so that operations colleagues can be informed of important actions and changes.

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree, with a strong interest in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, International Studies, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights.
• Ability to create compelling strategy documents from cross‑functional inputs as well as external clients.
• Excellent cross‑team collaboration and communication skills, experienced with prioritizing requirements and requests from other teams.
• Willingness to debate strategy within the team and propose innovative (blue ocean) approaches in the e‑commerce industry.

• Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization software.
• Experience with live streaming, especially live selling.
• Understanding of the Collectibles, Luxury Resale, or Art & Nature space.
• E‑commerce experience, selling, corporate experience, or heavy usage of various e‑commerce platforms.

Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.

Compensation Description (Hourly) – Campus Intern: $23.75‑$23.75 per hour. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and country of work location.
