About this OpportunityReporting to Athena Wong, the Program Operations Specialist is responsible for advancing organizational priorities by delivering high-quality, strategic and operational support within its functional area. It drives impact by translating goals into actionable plans, fostering collaboration across stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution. Through its work, the role contributes to improved outcomes, enhanced efficiency, and sustained organizational success. This position is hybrid eligible.
Key Responsibilities- Program and Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned programs and projects, including defining scope, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed successfully. (25%) - Operational Support and Execution:
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of programs, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to established processes and priorities. (20%) - Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination:
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners to align efforts, facilitate communication, and support shared objectives. (15%) - Data Tracking, Analysis, and Reporting:
Monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to assess outcomes and inform decision‑making. (10%) - Process Improvement and Documentation:
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, develop standardized processes, and maintain clear documentation of workflows and procedures. (10%) - Strategic Support and Planning:
Assist in translating organizational priorities into actionable plans and support long‑term planning efforts. (10%) - Communication and Deliverable Development:
Prepare presentations, updates, and materials to communicate program status and key initiatives. (5%) - Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure programs adhere to policies, standards, and quality expectations while mitigating risks. (5%)

Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Health‑related discipline or related field, AND a minimum of three years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience as a program assistant or coordinator in an educational setting.
