About the Role
As an Ad Tech Product Lead, Retail & Media Commerce, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of a defined set of retail media platform capabilities by working across engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, build, and launch features that drive advertiser performance and operational efficiency. You will write product requirements, manage sprint planning and backlog grooming, define success metrics, and track adoption post‑launch.
AllAbout You
You are a detail‑oriented, delivery‑focused product manager who takes genuine pride in shipping features that work for all users both internal and external. You have navigated the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirement writing through sprint execution, QA, and launch.
You are technically comfortable. You can read API documentation, understand data schemas, and have credible conversations with engineers about tradeoffs and constraints without needing to be an engineer yourself. You convert ambiguous feedback from sales, client services, and advertiser partners into crisp, actionable problem statements and can deliver on what is needed from that.
You advocate fiercely for the user experience in every planning conversation taking ownership, thinking beyond the ticket, and developing your instincts for roadmap strategy and stakeholder alignment.
