Outline of the Role:

Business Analyst within our portfolio transformation team focused heavily on process development and organizational change management. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to create both functional and non-functional requirements for features to support our divisional portfolio needs. This role will be responsible for the planning, development, delivery, and communication of change plan that support specific initiatives. This role ensures that the change deliverables are aligned with the initiative objectives.

In this role you will engage key stakeholders in the change readiness process and support the development of change readiness acumen within the X team and across the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Business and functional requirements gathering
• Translating strategy into roadmaps
• Prioritizing requirements based on div portfolio needs
• Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
• Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with stakeholders
• Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions
• Develop and execute change readiness and sustainment programs to support portfolio initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching and organizational transition.
• Proactively build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful initiative execution.
• Function as the integrator and communication focal point for all change streams within an initiative; ensure completeness of the overall change management plan.
• Seed process/tool updates with key members to nurture acceptance of these changes within the specified timeline for each initiative.
• Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance; develop plans to mitigate concerns.
• Provide formal and informal change readiness coaching to initiative owners and change agents.
• Build OCM best practices, tools, and templates for repeatable processes that will accelerate the development of change readiness and sustainment acumen across the organization.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:

• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytic thinking and applies varied techniques to support efficient requirements gathering.
• Demonstrated knowledge of process transformations to drive efficiencies.
• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role; 8+ years in IT;
  Experience in a retail environment is an asset; 3-5 years’ experience in change management or large-scale transformation projects in a leadership capacity.
• Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable.
• Keen understanding of lululemon’s culture.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
