Job Summary

The Program Analyst helps in the management and execution of specialized training programs under the Heritage Pioneers Program. The Program Analyst contributes to multiple aspects of the program lifecycle including the design and implementation of a program. The Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for team members, contractors, and business partners. The Analyst participates in the design of training programs, identifying trainers, university/organizational partners, and the administration of these trainings including securing venues, and the overall logistics of the event.

The Program Analyst will organize and manage training program and delegations in the US, Europe, and Saudi Arabia from identifying potential partners to managing events and trips logistics. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in the execution of programmatic deliverables and producing comprehensive program reports and presentations. This program and this role are currently scheduled to conclude in September 2027.

Essential Functions
  • Works with Sr. Program Manager in the planning and implementation of all aspects of the program lifecycle components such as planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Supports the development of an application process and selection criteria for participants.
  • Leverages IIE and Consultants' networks in higher education and cultural organizations to identify trainers, partner universities and cultural organizations, and institutions for training activities.
  • Organizes training events, study tours, and delegation visits, and assists with procurement and liaises with external partners, consultants, and clients.
  • Monitors, tracks, and reports training participants' progress and outcomes of the trainings.
  • Provides full event management, working closely with the Heritage Commission to secure a venue and manage events' logistics.
  • Responsible for communicating with university partners and/or third‑party vendors and managing procurement and contracting processes to deliver the program deliverables.
  • Assists in tracking program budget and spending and ensuring payments to partners.
  • Collects program data from internal and external stakeholders to produce program reports and presentations.
Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of related work experience, or a combination of education and experience.

  • Arabic language skills strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global scholarship and grant‑making work.
  • Strong interest and ability to work across a range of programs with different requirements.
  • Intercultural competence and ability to manage grantee challenges and emergencies.
  • Demonstrated project management, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Strong interest and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of team members and partners.
  • Ability to exercise discretion on confidential matters.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with consistent availability to collaborate across multiple time zones.
Salary and Benefits
  • Hiring Range: $65,155 - $72,712. A candidate's starting salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
