Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the redesign of our Token Manager system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within the context of advanced product management frameworks such as SAFe. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
- Lead the end‑to‑end product management process for the Token Manager redesign, from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
- Utilize SAFe methodologies to manage product backlogs and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on software products.
- Strong understanding of SAFe Advanced Product Management principles.
- Experience in leading product redesign initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with tokenization or digital asset management.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies beyond SAFe.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Experience in working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving user adoption.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
