Overview
The Senior Business Programs Manager, Compliance Enablement role sits within the People organization and focuses on translating legal and compliance requirements into practice across global environments. The role leads complex programs that improve how we manage compliance work for legal frameworks, M&A readiness, and the use of AI and automation. It partners with senior leaders on high‑impact, high‑visibility work.
Responsibilities- Lead complex compliance and enablement programs that require coordination across teams, functions, and regions.
- Partner with Legal, Employee Relations, People Technology, HR Services, and other COEs to turn policy or compliance requirements into clear processes, tools, and guidance.
- Build and improve repeatable frameworks for compliance work, including review templates, implementation plans, and change/support resources.
- Support M&A and other sensitive work where global policy, reputation, and governance intersect.
- Use data, trends, and risk signals to identify where guidance, training, policy updates, or process changes may be needed.
- Help create solutions that are easy for Employee Relations and partner teams to apply consistently such as playbooks, templates, and guidance.
- Support implementation and change management by ensuring teams understand the purpose of the work, their role in it, and what is changing in practice.
- Work with stakeholders to assess feasibility, surface risks early, and keep programs moving with clear updates and practical recommendations.
- Experience leading complex cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders, work streams, and dependencies.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, coordination, documentation, risk management, and follow‑through.
- Experience improving business processes and helping teams work through operational, policy, or compliance‑related change.
- Comfortable working in a model where different teams own different parts of the work and can clarify roles, decision rights, and handoffs across teams.
- Skilled at building trust with stakeholders, understanding broader business challenges, and recommending practical solutions that balance consistency, risk, and local feasibility.
- Comfortable using data and trend signals to support decisions, spot patterns, and improve how programs are designed and delivered.
- Experience with Employee Relations, policy implementation, M&A support, legal or regulatory change, and building reusable frameworks that support global consistency with local nuance.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $ to $. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
