The Role

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with senior leadership, supporting the execution of key priorities across the business.

This is a broad, high‑impact role that sits across teams and functions. You will take ownership of projects that do not clearly sit within one team, helping to drive progress on strategic initiatives and remove friction as the company scales. You will partner closely with the leadership team to translate priorities into action. This includes identifying where the business needs focus, stepping in to support delivery when needed, and ensuring work moves forward with clarity and accountability.

A key part of the role is improving how the company operates. You will help shape internal processes, support planning cycles, and ensure teams are aligned around shared goals. You will also play a role in strengthening leadership effectiveness by improving communication, coordination, and decision‑making across the business.

This role is suited to someone who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and who takes pride in raising the standard of whatever they work on.

About You
  • An “expert generalist” who can move across different domains, get up to speed quickly, and add value without needing to be the deepest specialist in the room.
  • Curious, adaptable, and with a high bar for your own work.
  • Comfortable working across different functions, switching context quickly, and bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through. Equally comfortable shaping a plan as executing it, with a strong focus on the quality of the outcome.
  • Able to build trust with senior stakeholders through sound judgment, clear communication and a consistent focus on what matters.
  • A track record of taking on responsibility early and operating with a level of ownership that goes beyond your role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive cross‑functional projects from idea through to execution.
  • Support the CEO and leadership team on strategic priorities and planning.
  • Turn high‑level goals into clear plans, milestones, and accountability.
  • Step into teams when needed to support delivery on priority initiatives.
  • Improve internal processes and operating rhythms (e.g. planning cycles, OKRs, leadership meetings).
  • Support board preparation, investor updates, and key communications.
  • Improve coordination and information flow across teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
Skills required
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working across teams and functions.
  • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • High level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
