Role

Summary:

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining relationships with Microsoft partners, managing private offers, and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining project management processes, communicating with partners, and analyzing business metrics.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining Microsoft partners private offers monitoring and management dashboard, communicating with the partners' point of contact and providing necessary updates and notifications, maintaining storage and retrieval of project communications data and business metrics, reviewing contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements, setting up project and work breakdown structures, establishing and documenting business processes, and tracking project budgets and expenditures.

MUST-Have Skills and

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or business. 2-5 years of overall experience in the field. Proficiency in MSFT Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

Familiarity with PowerBI dashboards or Power Automate experience.
