Job Summary

Operations & Delivery Program Manager – Operations Business Management Team
Join a newly formed, high‑impact team focused on connecting, scaling, and evolving the rhythms, capabilities, and initiatives that keep Nordstrom Operations moving forward. In this enterprise‑level role you will enable senior leaders and their teams to develop and deliver plans, weave together planning processes, and identify and resolve cross‑functional interdependencies.

Responsibilities

As a Program Manager you will:
- Build processes, tools, and templates that help leaders track progress and operationalize plans across functions.
- Create compelling communications, run ad‑hoc analyses, and develop cross‑functional business updates.
- Lead initiatives around high‑volume event time frames and recurring leadership meetings, ensuring visibility across the enterprise during peak periods.
- Navigate ambiguity and change with a strategic, quantitative, and qualitative mindset, collaborating with merchandising, technology, finance, supply chain, marketing, stores, and digital teams at all levels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance.
  • Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation from varied data sources.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross‑functional partners across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics, focusing on what matters and avoiding distraction.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation

Pay range: $80,000.00 – $ Annual (dependent on location, knowledge, skills, and experience).
