Our client, a global nonprofit organization focused on large-scale program delivery and operational excellence, is seeking a Contract Analyst to support sourcing and procurement activities.
Location:
Seattle, WA area – Hybrid/Remote (local preferred)
Duration:
Through December 31, 2026
Compensation: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour.
Additional Compensation:
This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.

Summary- Provide end-to-end contract administration and contracting support for procurement initiatives across the organization
- Draft, review, edit, and manage contract documents using approved templates, clauses, and contracting systems
- Partner closely with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant contract execution
- Track contracts through review, approval, negotiation, and execution processes while maintaining accurate documentation
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to contracting workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures
- Draft, review, edit, and manage contract documents using approved templates and contract language
- Coordinate contract review and approval activities across Legal, Strategic Sourcing, and business stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations by facilitating discussion of business terms and ensuring alignment with organizational requirements
- Track contract status, approvals, and communications within Coupa and related contracting systems
- Ensure executed agreements are properly documented, stored, and maintained in accordance with organizational policies
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and move contracts toward execution
- Monitor contract progress and proactively identify bottlenecks to support timely completion
Maintain contract records and reporting related to contract activity and status - Contribute to the improvement of contracting processes, templates, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts within a corporate procurement, sourcing, legal, or contracting environment
- Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret contract language, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and complex discussions professionally
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or vendor contracting functions
- Hands-on experience with Coupa, particularly contract management or procurement modules
- Experience working within structured contract approval and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and procurement systems
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives related to contracting operations

The compensation range listed above represents the expected range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
