Mon-Fri 8a-5pm
The Specialist, Operations Readiness and Optimization (OR&O) plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance within Global Patient Operations. This position focuses collaborating with our Learning Management System (LMS) partners to ensure effective deployment of training, creating training content aligned with training standards and adult learning principles, supporting Change Management for Global Patient Operations, and supporting Deviations/CAPA investigations.
Must-have Qualifications- Experience in quality and compliance systems, 2-3 years minimum
- Technical writing skills
- Learning and development experience
- Project management and organizational skills
- Prefer at least 3 years of L&D experience
- Experience with LMS platforms and training deployment workflows
- Experience supporting deviations, CAPAs, and quality investigations
- Experience developing controlled training or process documentation
- Compliance and data reporting skills
- Root cause analysis support and CAPA-related documentation
- eLearning and video creation using software such as Articulate and applicable Microsoft products
- Project management and coordination
- Collaboration and cross-functional partnership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity
- Results orientation and quality mindset
- Experience in regulated biotech/pharma or patient operations environments
- Experience with training deployment in a controlled document environment
- Experience supporting change controls, impact assessments, or training governance
- Experience with deviation/CAPA processes
- Instructional design and training content development
- Support for deviations/CAPAs and root cause analysis follow-up
- Cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment
- Learning and development in a regulated environment
- Supporting deviation investigations and CAPA-related actions
- Working with LMS partners / learning systems
- Training development aligned to adult learning principles
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Education, Life Science, Technical Communication, or related disciplines.
