Tax Product & Program Manager (PPM)
We're hiring a Tax Product & Program Manager to help with tax compliance initiatives within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This role bridges tax, product, and engineering—turning complex tax rules into scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Translate tax rules into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams
- Interpret tax authority field definitions for system implementation
- Review and validate data mapping for compliance
- Drive product development and process improvement
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (comfortable with reviewing code is a plus)
Must-Have:
- Strong tax technical expertise with experience writing detailed tax requirements
- Proven ability to translate tax needs into product specs
- Comfort working with engineers and technical teams
- Product-focused mindset with process improvement skills
