Ready to take supply chain into the future at Amazon? Come revolutionize the way Amazon fulfills books via on-demand manufacturing, AI, and management of inventory supply before it even exists. Amazon has changed the way books are published, sold, and read across the globe, enabling independent authors and enterprise publishers to create and sell directly to readers through KDP and KEP Print‑on‑Demand (POD) offerings.
Lead the evolution of the publishing industry supply chain by building fulfillment optimization technology that ensures books are printed just‑in‑time and are always in stock.
As a Software Development Manager on our team you will manage the team’s multi‑pronged roadmap, work with diverse stakeholders to deliver the right things at the right times, oversee the day‑to‑day development process and engineering operations, and grow the careers of your developers. You will own relationships with product managers, operational managers, and business teams, partner with peers in the supply‑chain and fulfillment organizations, and evolve on‑demand into a first‑class supply type at Amazon by owning promise, ordering, availability, capacity management, and inventory interfaces for MOD manufacturing.
