Principal Business Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Principal Business Manager to support executive leadership in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence critical business decisions and enhance organizational performance.

• Serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, managing executive priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication across various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable processes and governance frameworks that support organizational growth.
• Prepare briefings and reports for executive audiences, translating complex concepts into clear communication.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
• Identify operational challenges and drive strategic solutions to improve performance.

• 7+ years of experience in project delivery and management, preferably in a cross-functional role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical programs and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in a chief of staff role or similar capacity within a technology-driven organization.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies is a plus.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving organizational transformation.
