Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Inline to lead planning, development, and lifecycle management for one of our fastest-growing product categories at Stanley 1913. In this role, you will turn consumer insights and market trends into clear product roadmaps. You will guide cross‑functional teams from concept to launch and ensure our products reflect Stanley 1913’s dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

This position requires working at the Stanley 1913 Seattle, WA HQ. It follows a hybrid schedule with 2-3 office days per week.

What You’ll Do Product Strategy
  • Own the long-term strategy for the assigned product line, aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, competitive shifts, and market opportunities.
  • Build and manage a multi-year product pipeline.
Product Development & Execution
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with design, engineering, sourcing, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Develop detailed product briefs, requirements, and arguments.
  • Coordinate product development timelines, cost targets, performance standards, and sustainability goals.
Lifecycle & Portfolio Management
  • Manage the product line from ideation through end‑of‑life.
  • Optimize the assortment to balance innovation, growth, cost, and margin.
  • Evaluate product performance using data‑driven insights and recommend improvements or transitions.
Go‑to‑Market Leadership
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to deliver compelling launch plans, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and merchandising decisions.
  • Serve as the product expert across internal and external teams.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years in product management or product line leadership, ideally in consumer goods, outdoor, lifestyle, or CPG.
  • Proven track record of managing products from concept through launch.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
  • Passion for innovation, user‑centered development, and the Stanley 1913 brand.
  • Direct hydration category experience a huge plus!
  • Prior experience in start‑up work environments where you are both building for the future growth and being adaptable is a necessity.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$130,000—$160,000 USD
