Position Overview
Boeing Global Services is seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist in Seattle, WA to lead the digital enablement program for Sales & Marketing, with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions and revenue lifecycle management.
Position Responsibilities- Act as product manager for the enablement capability assigned to one agile development team: define vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog
- Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Own end-to-end capability definition for features supporting revenue lifecycle management (lead > opportunity > quote > contract > billing), with special emphasis on Revenue Cloud and CPQ workflows
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA, and Dev Ops to deliver incremental value in sprint cadence; participate in planning, refinement, demo, and retrospective ceremonies
- Develop and execute enablement strategy and materials (training, job aids, playbooks, release notes) to drive adoption and reduce time-to-value for new capabilities
- Partner with change management and communications to surface impacts, training needs, and success metrics to stakeholders and leaders
- Define and measure success via business and adoption metrics (e.g., quote turnaround time, CPQ usage, deal cycle length, forecast accuracy, user satisfaction); use data to iterate
- Manage stakeholder expectations, escalate risks, and ensure alignment between product delivery and business objectives
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate cross-functional pilots to validate functionality and adoption approaches
- Mentor and support junior product or business analysts as needed
- 7+ years of product management, product owner, or equivalent experience building enterprise SaaS solutions
- 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integrations, or project delivery experience; demonstrable familiarity with Revenue Cloud and CPQ concepts and functionality
- 3+ years’ experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
- Experience in managing product backlog, writing user stories, and managing releases
- Experience developing and deploying quality metrics and using them to drive results
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in sales technology, revenue operations, or CRM programs; preferred Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud certification) or equivalent hands‑on implementation experience
- Experience with enterprise CPQ implementations and pricing rules, product catalogs, and complex quote‑to‑cash workflows
- Experience with change management, sales enablement, or learning design in commercial enterprise settings
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or other large B2B sales organizations
- Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, middleware), SSO, and data model considerations for CRM/ERP integrations
Up to 10% domestic travel.

Pay & BenefitsCompetitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, and other benefits. Pay based on candidate experience and market considerations. Summary pay range: $138,550 - $187,450.
